What was the highlight of Al Massa Dar Al Fayzeen Makkah
Overall good specially for the great location but hope they consider these drawbacks
Location and the staff is friendly and cooperative.
Wifi signal was poor in room only 1 bar it gets disconnected, bathrooms need some plumbing water drainage was slow, the room carpet needs to be cleaned not only vacuum cleaning.

The bathroom need a maintenance There's always a massive noise outside not only the traffic but also the sound of central air conditioner I booked a quadrable room although we are three person and I paid for that . But they give me a normal triple room and charged me for quadrable room

Friendly staff, clean and great location
Street noise that comes with proximity to the grand mosque and they have a problem with room keys - they need to be re-set almost everyday. They are working on replacing the electronic key system I was told
